This is a template to share with someone at an organization that advocates for survivors of gender-based violence for the purposes of drafting an advocacy letter. This letter may be used for pretrial, sentencing, or post conviction advocacy. This letter should be authored by a credible gender justice organization at the request of the client/survivor or their defense team after reviewing the case materials.
